প্রখ্যাত ভাস্কর মীরা মুখোপাধ্যায় (১৯২৩-৯৮) একদা নিজের হাতে ছবি এঁকে ও লিখে মূলত ছোটদের জন্য এমন কয়েকটি বই তৈরি করেছিলেন। এটি সেই সিরিজের দ্বিতীয় বই। ছোটদের জন্য হলেও বড়দেরও তা সমান আনন্দ দেবে বলে আমাদের বিশ্বাস।
