Making Payment.
Once you place the order you need to make an online payment for the order amount via secure online payment gateway integrated with boipattor.in. You may make the payment using CreditCard/DebitCard/Netbanking option.
Getting the Product.
After making the payment you will get the download option for the ebook in your mail as well as in your account in boipattor.in. This process is automatic and system generated.
Limitation of download for the product (ebook).
You cannot download the product for unlimited time/duration. You need to download the product till next 24 Hours from the time order/payment. You can download the product once.
In case you are unable to download the product due technical reason, send a request mail to admin@boipattor.in for reactivating the download option in your account.
Damage/defective product
In case you receive a damage/defective e-book (PDF), send your damage/defective ebook (PDF) to admin@boipattor.in. boipattor will examine the PDF and send you a fresh ebook in your account/via email.
If the ebook is out of stock, then you may opt for another ebook or may ask for full refund. Either of the option will be fulfilled.
